Housing Rules
The following housing rules will be strictly
enforced.
Rules:
- When being housed at a hotel or motel the team manager is financially
responsible for all damages or items taken from rooms and must secure all rooms with a
credit card. Failure to provide a valid credit card will be reason to deny housing.
- Players must be under the direct supervision of team coaches, while team members
are at the housing facility.
- There shall be no consumption of alcoholic beverages at the housing area to
include coaches, fans and parents.
- Improper gestures or improper language directed at housing staff by coaches or
team members will be reason for eviction from housing.
- All rubber, metal or plastic spikes must be removed prior to entering housing.
- No persons other than team members may stay in host provided housing. (penalty)
- Complaints made to staff regarding excessive noise or horseplay maybe cause for
eviction from housing.
- Any team being asked to leave a host motel, because of
conduct will be responsible for securing their own accommodations, feeding and
transportation for the remainder of the tournament at their own expense.
9.
Host is responsible for housing the night before the World Series and
through
the night of being eliminated
from the World Series it will be the responsibility
of the teams to provide their
own housing after being eliminated. It is
imperative that if you plan
to stay through the World Series that you make prior
arrangements with the Host
Motel.
