Game Fourteen: Tijuana, MX 0, Placentia, CA 15
Tijuana, MX’s defense was unable to stop Placentia, CA, giving Placentia a 15-0 win.
Placentia got on the board in the top of the first inning with a run on a fielder’s choice.
In the top of the second, a hit by pitch with bases loaded started Placentia’s scoring. A single scored an additional run, but a triple by Jayden Stilabower drove in three runs, making it a 7-0 game.
Placentia’s offense did not slow down in the top of the third inning. A double started off the scoring of this inning, driving in two runs. Two singles and a fielder’s choice tallied three more runs to make it a daunting 12-0 score.
Placentia capitalized on plays by Tijuana in the top of the fourth, scoring on a walk and a passed ball.
Their 15th and final run of the game for Placentia was scored on a balk by Tijuana’s pitcher, solidifying a 15-0 and securing a Championship appearance for the California team.

Championship Game: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan 4, Placentia, CA 11
Even though no runs were scored in four innings, Placentia, CA outscored Kaohsiung City, Taiwan to win the Bronco World Series with a score of 11-4.
Placentia got on the board in the top of the second inning. Caden Smith started the scoring with his line drive single driving in a run. A steal of home by Jayden Stilabower made it a 2-0 game.
Their offense did not slow down, scoring four runs in the top of the next inning. A single by Cole Grothues drove in another run for Placentia. Jayden Stilabower tripled on a fly ball to right field to take a commanding 6-0 lead.
After a scoreless fourth inning, Placentia’s offense was ready to score again. Cole Grothues hit a ground ball but reached on an error to drive in a run. Their next run was scored on a passed ball by Kaohsiung City. Placentia’s lead was extended to 11-0 from a ground ball double by Dean Clewett.
In the bottom of the fifth inning, Kaohsiung City attempted to make up some ground on the scoreboard. Kaohsiung City scored four runs in the inning, with three runs driven in on singles and the fourth after tagging up on a fly out.
Neither team scored in the sixth or seventh inning, giving Placentia the 11-4 Championship win.
